Naohito Takayama is an average high school student who wants to a pleasant life working for Japanese National Railways in a Japan where the nationalized railway system has never been privatized. He eventually ends up working as a security force trainee, where he has to deal with weird coworkers as well as RJ, a gang of radicals seeking to privatize the railway.
