A mysterious curse turns a daring and brave WWI pilot into a pig. He is currently working for the good as a hired mercenary/problem solver and sea aircraft pilot in the Adriatic Sea. He is forced to engage in fight with a gang of air pirates known as Mama Aiuto, who never bathe (Mothers Helper). Anarchy and conflict are descending on Italy, and adriatic pilots are being forced to join the Air Force or flee the country. Porco, our hero, is shot down in a dogfight with Curtis, a self-styled aviation ace. Porco must rebuild his plane, fight Mama Aiuto, flee the Italian government, and participate in a last clash with Curtis while pursuing the charming Gina.
