With World War II looming, knowledge about the social and economic conditions of other countries has become a vital tool. As a result, Japan has formed a new spy outfit called the "D Agency" in order to secure this weapon. Lieutenant Colonel Yuuki has dispatched eight operatives to enter and monitor some of the world's most powerful countries, reporting on any events related to the conflict. These guys have trained their bodies to live in harsh situations and studied a variety of subjects, including communications and languages, in order to carry out these perilous activities. Their biggest power, however, is their ability to influence others in order to gain the knowledge required to give their nation an advantage.
