Mister is a "coyote," or spacefaring bandit, who has been imprisoned for a year for a traffic violation. He escapes with the assistance of his former partners Bishop and Katana ten days before his release. He then seeks out Franka, who was left in his care by her deceased father, and leads her on a quest to locate her father's riches. On their tail are federal agents Angelica and Chelsea, as well as Madame Marciano's Twelve Sisters, the Criminal Guild's robot assassins.
